Pickup Orders from our Warehouse
You can come to our warehouse in Silverwater (Sydney) to pick up in stock items.

You can select in stock, preorder and backorder items for pick up.  For products which are not in stock (backorders and preorders) we will email you when they arrive with us to let you know to come and collect them. In stock products should be collected as soon as possible we will reserve them for two business days <see Contact Us:Opening Hours >

To reserve products for pickup choose the "Pickup from our Sydney Warehouse" option on the trolley page, or phone ahead (on 9648-5656).
When you come to pickup you can pay for your purchase with cash, EFTPOS or credit card.

Placing Orders Online
When you find a game that you would like to purchase, click the "Trolley" button next to that game. Your choice will then be placed in your electronic shopping trolley. You can then browse for more items, returning at any time to review your trolley by clicking "View Trolley" at  the top of each page.
To place your order you can connect to our secure server by clicking the link on the Trolley Page.
You can also place an order without using our secure server (however any information you send to us without using the secure server may be intercepted by a third party).
When you place your order with us, we will save your personal details (not your payment information) so you don't have to enter them again. Your payment information is deleted when your order is shipped.

Security & Privacy
Games Warehouse will not disclose any of your personal details to anyone (except when required by law). Your information is protected as you send it to us by our Secure Server. This server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above). SSL prevents any third party accessing information you send us. 
If you do not wish to use your credit card to place an order with us online we do accept other payment methods, Direct Deposit, Phone me for my Credit Card Details or the Pay by Fax or Mail. See the information on Payment Methods
If you are not able to use our secure server we recommend you do not enter your credit card information.
 
WARNING TO CRIMINALS: All accessing of our website is logged. We will notify the Police of any fraudulent activity for the purposes of prosecution.

Online Ordering Steps
Note: Your order is not placed until you press the Order Confirmed button on the last page
There are five steps in the order process.

1. Welcome - here you enter your email address so we can keep you informed about the progress of your order if we have any questions or need more information about your order we will email you at this address. You also enter a password to protect your information (see privacy).

2. Address - this is where you will enter information about your address and phone numbers as well as where to send your purchases.

3. Shipping – This is where you select a shipping preference and shipping method see Shipping and Delivery Information. There also room to tell us any special instructions about your order.

4. Payment - Select your payment method, direct deposit, enter your credit card details, ask us to phone you for your credit card details or Cheque or Money Order (Mail or Fax order) see Payment Methods.

5. Confirm - review your order and shipping and billing information. If you are not happy with any information displayed you can change it. Your order is not placed until you press the Order Confirmed button on this page.

Note: If you have chosen the Mail/Fax option your order is not placed.  This means that your order is not checked or processed and stock is not reserved until your fax or letter and payment arrive.

Order Processing
After your order has been placed you will receive an email which details your order.  Remember, if you have any questions, worries or problems, contact us: [send an email to orders@gameswarehouse.com.au ] or phone us on (02) 9648-5656.

Step 1 Stock Allocation:
In stock items are reserved for your order when your order is placed.  Other items are reserved as they arrives in the warehouse. If you have chosen to have items shipped as they arrive, in-stock items will be processed.  If you have choosen to have all items shipped together your order will be processed when all items are in stock.

Step 2 Order Processing:
Payments are processed for orders and direct deposit instructions are sent.  Once the payment have been cleared invoices are created and sent to the warehouse for packing and dispatch.

Step 3 Packing and Dispatch:
The items you have ordered are picked from the warehouse. They are then packed and labeled with your delivery address and the article identification number from each parcel is recorded. Australia Post picks up parcels each afternoon.

Step 4 Dispatch Confirmation:
On the afternoon/evening of dispatch the article identification number from each parcel is entered with your order and an email is sent letting you know which items have been dispatched from your order. Depending on your shipping method you may be able to track your parcel see with your article identification number see Shipping and Delivery Information.

Placing Orders by Mail
Online
Proceed through the steps as above and choose the "Cheque or Money Order (Mail or Fax order)" option in step 4, confirm your order in step 5, then print it out and send it to us with a cheque, money order or your credit card details. Personal cheques must be cleared before we send the goods to you (please allow an extra five working days). Choosing this option means your order is not placed. This means that your order is not checked or processed and stock is not reserved until your fax or letter and payment arrive.
Offline
If you don't want to send your credit card details over the Internet, you can choose the Direct Deposit or Phone me for my Credit Card Details option in step 4, confirm your order in step 5, and we contact you for payment when your order is ready to ship.
You can also download a copy of our order form and send it to us with your payment (see payment methods) to our post office box.
