Rise of Flight: The First Great Air War! All is not quiet on the Western Front in 1917.... high above the trenches and scarred No Man's Land the sound of piston engines can be heard, the chatter of machine guns fill the air and the bark of flak bursts echo across the countryside.

During the First World War a new breed of warrior emerged, reminiscent of the Knights of old, inspired by chivalry and pushed to their limits by modern technology, they fought a new kind of war... an air war. Welcome to Rise of Flight: The First Great Air War.

On one map of 125 000 km2 the military conflict between Germany, Austro-Hungary and France, England, Italy, the USA and Russia take place. At the dawn of development of military aircraft and equipment occur first fierce battles for domination in the air.

There are first air heroes who show courage and fearlessness in daily fights. That is a first and last war where pilots' enemies know each other’s names and show nobleness, worthy of knight tournaments.

The user chooses the country for which he wishes to take part in battles, and faces with such tasks, as gun-fire adjustment, spying, support or interception of bombers and duel battles between the most known aces of the First World War.
