Trolley Shipping Options

The trolley page will only display the standard shipping and cost, the other shipping options are available during checkout.

Shipping Preference

If your order has items with different delivery times during checkout you can choose to have all items shipped together (standard shipping) or have items sent as they arrive in stock (split shipping).

Standard Shipping-Have your ordered items shipped together when they are in stock. We will reserve items for your order until all your items are in-stock and then they will be shipped together. (this is the default option)

Split Shipping-Have all your items shipped as they arrive in stock.  Items that are in stock when you place your order will be processed and shipped next business day, other items on your order will shipped as they arrive in stock.  The delivery fee is charged for each shipment.

Delivery Methods

During checkout you can choose your delivery method, with all delivery methods and email is sent on the day your order is shipped with the Australia Post tracking number for your shipment.  All deliveries in Australia can be check at the Australia Post Parcel Tracking website http://ausposttracking.com.au/  to find out where your parcel is. Standard Delivery $6.00 - Our standard delivery method is Registered Post or eParcel Post with Australia Post. The delivery fee for this method is six dollars (so if your shipment is for one game or five games the cost is still six dollars). The delivery status can be checked via the Internet at http://www.ausposttracking.com.au For more information see Australia Post Parcel Tracking

Express Post $10.00 -  Your order will be shipped to you using Australia Post Express Post. The expected delivery time for in stock items using this method is the next business day after your order has been processed if you are located in the express post network (see link below). The cost for this is ten dollars per shipment.  
Australia Post only provide $50 insurance coverage on items sent in an express post satchel. 
Please Note: That some items or combination of items will not fit in a single ten dollar Express Post satchel - if this is the case we will call you on the phone number provided for further instructions.  If we are unable to make contact by phone we will dispatch your order using standard shipping at a cost of $6.00 unless you have specified in the special instructions with your order that you are willing to pay for an additional Express Post satchel for $10.00 if required.

Air Mail to New Zealand - When shipping to New Zealand we remove the Australian GST (10%) from the price of each item.  We use insured Air-Mail with Australia Post to ship to New Zealand.  Items shipped this way are covered by insurance. The expected delivery time for in stock items using this method is 3-5 business days. The charge for this method is fifteen dollars per shipment (so if your shipment is for one game or five games the cost is still fifteen dollars). International Shipping - Email us before placing an order.

International shipping including Insurance starts at around $30 Australian. 
We are not able to ship to some countries and we are not able to ship some items internationally. For International Shipping we remove the Australian GST (10%) from the price of each item that will be shipped overseas. We also estimate cost of shipping and ask you to confirm that this amount is acceptable.

Shipping Charges - We will do our best to minimise your shipping charge by including as many items in one shipment as practical.

Express Shipping - During the order process you can choose to have your items sent using Express Shipping.  When you choose Express Shipping, your purchase will be shipped to you using Express Post. The expected delivery time for in stock items using this method is the next business day after processing if you are located in the express post network (see link below). The cost for this is nine dollars per shipment.

Split Shipment - Our Standard Shipping method is to send all items together when they are in stock. You can choose to have items shipped separately eg. you may choose to have in stock items sent now and other items sent as they arrive. The cost for this is six dollars per shipment when sent using Standard Shipping, when sending via Express Shipment the cost is nine dollars per shipment.
